- Kids White Belts: Tues & Thurs 4 – 4:45pm
- Kids Yellow Belts: Tues & Thurs 5 – 5:45pm
- Kids Orange and up: Tues & Thurs 3 – 3:45pm
- Kids All Ranks 6-12 yr olds: Wed 10:45- 11:30am
- Little Tigers (4/5 yr olds): Wed 10 – 10:30am
- BBC – Wed 9 – 9:45am
- Adults all ranks: Tues & Thurs 6 – 7pm.
