It has been found that children have improvement in all aspects of their lives when they participate in karate.\u00a0 Shy, quiet kids learn self confidence and self esteem.\u00a0 High energy\u00a0 kids learn self control,\u00a0 and with all kids their attitude improves along with their grades and their general outlook on life.<\/div>\n\n\n

Little Tigers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed for 4 & 5 year olds it is a karate gym class that focuses on cooperation, self control, focus and listening skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students learn basic karate moves while playing, which is how kids learn best!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

This program is for Kids 6 – 13. Classes are separated by rank and age. Along with self defense they learn self confidence, integrity, goal setting, perseverance, citizenship and much more!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Adult program – 14 yrs old and up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students learn a classical Okinawan style of karate called Uechi Ryu. Founded by Kanbun Uechi in the mid 1900’s, it was brought to America by George Mattson in 1958 and has continued to grow in popularity. Uechi Ryu Karate is a grounded – real life self defense that benefits every age and ability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Classes are instructional, upbeat and safe. Students improve their physical fitness and mental focus on their way to Black Belt Status.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our Black Belt Club, which students can apply to at orange belt, is a weapons and leadership group. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
